Terms of Service

By using Formonix AI ChatBot ("Service"), operated by Formonix Marketers, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Service

• You must be 18+ and have authority to bind your business to this agreement.
• One person can manage multiple workspaces, but each workspace requires its own subscription.
• Connected WhatsApp numbers must be used for legitimate business communication. We do not allow scraped contact lists or unsolicited spam.

2. Account & Security

You're responsible for keeping your password and connected WhatsApp session secure. Notify us immediately at info@formonixmarketers.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access to investigate suspicious activity.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Plans are billed in advance in Pakistani Rupees via bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash.
• You upload a payment receipt; admin manually approves within hours.
• Subscriptions auto-expire at end of cycle if not renewed; data is preserved for 90 days post-expiry.
• Pricing may change with 30 days' notice for upcoming renewals; current cycle stays at the agreed price.

4. Refund Policy

Within 7 days of your first payment: full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days: pro-rata refunds for unused yearly time only. Monthly plans are non-refundable mid-cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited messages to people who haven't opted in.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or illegal content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform without our written agreement.
• Violate WhatsApp's own terms of service.

Violations result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. WhatsApp Compliance

Formonix AI ChatBot uses unofficial WhatsApp protocols to send and receive messages. WhatsApp may flag or ban numbers that exhibit spam-like behavior. We provide anti-ban pacing tools, but cannot guarantee your number will never be banned. You are responsible for the messages you send.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced 24 hours in advance. We're not liable for downtime caused by WhatsApp outages, your hosting environment, or force majeure.

8. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' email notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to courts in Lahore.
